Product Focused EDMs

 

Product focused EDMs are emails designed to showcase different products. This style is highly recommended for promotional suppliers and distributors as it helps to provide a constant reminder of the beautiful products you have available. These EDMs are meant to be clickable by design (although not required), and help provide useful information about what your customers are interested in. Product EDM Bundles

 

Looking to set it and forget it? Our EDM bundles might just be the perfect fit! Each bundle includes 12 EDMs (one for each month in the year) and are auto-scheduled once ready. Our team will create a custom template to match your branding and work with your team to pick products/themes for each EDM.  Once complete, our team will schedule each EDM and then you're set for the year! Automated Follow Ups

 

While sending out one EDM each month is a great way to stay top of mind with your clients, the next step is following up. In an industry known for being time poor, automated follow ups are the perfect way to dig deeper into your customer's interests. These campaigns can also help qualify your customers.

 

For example (illustrated to the right), let's say you want to send out an EDM on steel bottles, in this example we'll begin with the first EDM introducing the product. We'll design the 2nd EDM to cover branding options, and we'll set it so that it is only sent to those customers who opened the first EDM. The last two EDMs will be our attempt to close in on any interest. First we'll offer a free sample, but we'll condition it so that the email is only sent to customers who opened the first AND second email (this allows us to qualify the level of interest and only send samples out to truly interested parties). And as a very last step we'll schedule a delayed email to follow up on the sample.

Confirmations & Instructions

 

Follow up emails are essential when building confirmation journeys and/or providing instructions. Let's face it, people forget things, and reminders help reduce phone calls, emails and any confusion your customers may have. Persistence pays off, and while there is a thin line between a friendly reminder and annoyance, we have seen high success rates with our clients utilizing follow up systems.

Utilizing Dynamic Data

 

Dynamic data is data that changes inside of an EDM based on the recipient. This can be a great way to personalize your emails and better connect to your customers. For example, let's say you are a candle company and want to send out an EDM for Black Friday. You want to keep your campaign simple and opt for a beautiful lifestyle image and some simple text. Utilizing dynamic data we can change this image based on your customer's ordering history. This way if you have a customer who loves lavender, that's what they'll see, where as another customer who prefers citrus will see the lemon image instead.
