Current Rates & Pricing

Below is a quick breakdown of our rates and the programs/bundles we have available. Our team created this as a guide but please note that any one off or custom projects will always be quoted prior to execution. We also offer monthly consulting contracts based around your budget and needs, so please get in contact with us if you have any questions or do not see something listed below. A La Carte EDM Pricing:

Graphic Design: $75 per hour*

Animation: $100 per hour*

Text & Data: $50 per hour*

Other Fees: Stock imagery fees may apply*

* All work is billed at a minimum of one hour and time worked is always rounded up. While most EDMs do not include animation, we have included it just in case. Most EDMs range from $125 to $250 each, but are billed and quoted based on hours worked. If stock imagery is required we will alert you to potential costs before proceeding.

Text & Data includes research, writing, and data entry. All pricing excludes GST.

EDM Bundle Pricing:

EDM bundles offer a "set it and forget it" model and are hyper focused on products. Please note our premium bundle does require a couple check ins through out the year for follow up campaigns.

Our team will design one template that will be used for all of your EDMs and populate it with the products you have selected. Customers must select all of the products for the entire year at the time of purchase and bundles cannot be revised or altered once scheduled. If you would like our team to select the products to feature additional fees will apply

(billed as research data at $50 per hour).

This is a great option for businesses that want to be sending out monthly emails but do not have the time to participate in their creation.

Frequency: Each plan includes 1 EDM each month (12 in total).

Product Quantity: The maximum number of products that will be included in each EDM.

Sign Up & Welcome Journey: Includes a dedicated EDM sign up page where your customers can sign up to EDMs and a welcome email that will be automatically sent after someone signs up.

Follow Up: If one of your EDMs does very well and you'd like to setup an automated follow up, (up to 4 per year).

Please Note: Products for all EDMs must be selected once a package is purchased. All work is completed within 30 days and then scheduled out for one year. Changes/revisions once scheduling is complete is not possible without additional fees.

Webinars & Training Pricing:

In Person: $75 per hour*

Zoom: $75 per hour*

* All work is billed at a minimum of one hour and time worked is always rounded up. Please note this is not inclusive of webinars held through APPA. These are for private webinars and/or training. For webinars connected to APPA please contact their team for pricing and registration.

Social Media Bundle Pricing:

Social Media bundles offer a "set it and forget it" model and are hyper focused on products. Please note our premium bundle does require involvement in planning brand awareness posts.

How it Works:

We use a cloud based platform to access your accounts, and once you sign up you will be prompted to authorize Promo Supply Network for posting across your selected Social Media platforms (choose between: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google Business).

Once our team has access we follow a very simple process to schedule your posts.

Our team looks for posts from your favorite suppliers

Posts are selected and then adjusted to be end user friendly

STEP THREE

Posts are then scheduled across your social accounts

When you sign up you'll choose your favorite suppliers and they will be placed in priority (we ask customers to number them with 1 being the highest priority, etc). Posts will then be located and adjusted as necessary. Our team will remove references to any supplier, pricing, item numbers, and/or any other information or links that are not "end user friendly." Once a post has been copied and adjusted it will be scheduled onto your chosen social media accounts.

Below are our bundle pricing options followed by a breakdown of how each is different.

Platforms: Posts will be identical across all platforms. Platform choices: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and Google.

Execution: Annual programs will be executed immediately utilizing existing posts from you favorite suppliers. Monthly programs will be executed monthly, which means you will get more current and up to date posts.

Product Posts: Posts will only feature a product and will be reworked or reposted from one of your favorite suppliers.

Brand Awareness Posts: These are custom and can include quotes, information about your business, testimonials etc. You will have 52 posts over the entire year and your team can decide how many should be product vs. awareness posts.

EDM Crossover Posting: Each time you release and EDM we will create a story with your EDM featured. Stories can only be placed onto Instagram and Facebook.

Billing: Prepaid plans are prepaid and thus cannot be cancelled. Basic & Premium plans are billed each month, which means you are able to cancel or adjust at any time.

Key Differences:

The key difference in our first two prepaid plans is quantity and frequency. Our first plan posts once a month with 12 posts in total, where the prepaid plus posts every other week with a total of 26 posts in the year.

Looking at the prepaid annual models versus our monthly programs the biggest difference to note is execution. In our prepaid plans all posts are scheduled immediately, which means our team is pulling from older supplier posts. With the monthly programs our team will review your favorite suppliers every month, which means your posts have a greater chance of being "more" current. There is also an increase in quantity and frequency as shown above.

The key differences between our basic and premium plans is the brand awareness posts and EDM crossover posting. It is important to note this plan also allows for three social platforms to be selected.
